Service Philosophy’Thoroughly understanding, anticipating and delivering on the needs of my clients’ is my service philosophy. This is the main reason I chose to become affiliated with Edina Realty. The most important aspect to understanding your needs is to listen. I won’t make any assumptions or decisions for you that are incompatible with your goals. I will move the process along at your pace, not mine. Only after completely knowing your objectives will I then recommend options that are consistent with your best interests and then deliver on that promise of service. Since communication is vital in any good relationship, I make it a point to keep you informed every step of the way about the progress of our negotiations, the current marketplace and any changes that may occur which you need to know about. Going the ’extra mile’ makes each transaction we do as pleasant and rewarding as possible.
Personal StrengthsThrough my organizational skills, I am able to plan and manage the many different tasks that are required to complete a real estate transaction. This frees me to devote more time to my clients and stay on top of every detail of their transaction. One of my greatest strengths is problem solving. I believe there is a solution to every situation and continue to work with my clients until a conclusion is reached. I also believe that the greatest achievements in real estate, as in other areas of life, are earned through effective preparation and planning, careful follow through and attention to every detail.
